These general terms and conditions of use apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “You”) on the Premvastra website (collectively, the "Websites", "Sites", or "Site"), operated by Premvastra Lifestyle Private Limited Company and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, successors, brands, licensors, licensees, and agents ("Premvastra", "Us" or "We").

By using Premvastra and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

Only consumers who are at least 18 years of age, not under guardianship, and not acting in the capacity of a company or business may place an order.

The inclusion of products or services on Premvastra at any given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those published on Premvastra at the time you place your order.

You agree not to:

  • Post, transmit, upload, or promote any content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products, or services.

  • Use any device or method to restrict or impair other users from enjoying the Site or compromise its security.

  • Use spiders, bots, crawlers, or other tools to copy or scrape our content.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of access to the Site.

Prices and Delivery Charges

  • Prices displayed on Premvastra are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be calculated at checkout based on the place of delivery.

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will depend on order size, weight, and destination, and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

  • Prices may vary between online and offline stores.

Ordering & Confirmation

  • Orders may be placed through the Premvastra website.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you will be notified and refunded promptly via your original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • Non-customized orders are usually delivered within 5 business days, with an additional 5 days for rural/remote areas.

  • Customized clothing orders may take up to 30 days.

  • In case of delays beyond 20 business days (non-customized) or 30 days (customized), you may cancel your order.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or return your order within 15 days of receiving your items.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Refunds will be processed as store credit (or adjustment in account balance if unpaid) within 14 days of receiving your returned items.

  • Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. For verified defects, we will provide a full refund including return shipping.

Refunds Policy

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Returns without proper condition may be rejected.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • UPI, Internet Banking, Google Pay, Wallets

  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, Amex)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

There are no hidden charges. Prices displayed are final and inclusive of all taxes.

Our Liability

  • Premvastra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of your order.

Colours & Measurements

  • We make every effort to display colours and details accurately. However, variations may occur depending on screen/display settings.

  • Measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly depending on fabric and production.

Guarantee

Premvastra abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you receive defective goods, please notify us immediately and return them using the provided return process.

Assignment

Premvastra reserves the right to assign claims for payment to third parties in connection with delivery of goods.

Severance

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

Ownership of Rights

All intellectual property rights on Premvastra (including content, images, designs, logos, and trademarks) remain the property of Premvastra and its licensors. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
