At Prem Vastra, every piece is crafted and delivered with utmost care. We follow a strict No Return / No Exchange policy once an order has been placed and delivered.

• All sales are final – we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including size, color, or preference changes.

• Please review product details (size, fabric, color, and description) carefully before placing your order.

• In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video proof. After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution (replacement or repair) at our discretion.

• Customized items and discounted/sale products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.

• Since most of our products are handcrafted Indian wear, slight variations in color, embroidery, or finishing are natural and not considered defects.

• Orders placed using store credits, vouchers, or discounts are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
