5-Day Return/Exchange Policy

At Prem Vastra, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 5-day return or exchange policy. You can request a return/exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.


Return/Exchange Process

  • Exchange Requests: Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep within 2–3 days. Please keep the item ready in its original packaging. Once we receive the parcel, we will dispatch your replacement promptly.

  • Return for Refund: Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep within 2–3 days. Please ensure the parcel is properly packed in its original condition.

  • Damages or Wrong Item: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at the earliest.


Refunds

  • For Prepaid Orders: Once the returned product reaches our facility (typically within 6–7 days), we will inspect it and initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI (Google Pay/PhonePe/Paytm) within 24 hours after initiation.

  • Store Credit Option: You may choose to receive your refund as store credit (voucher code). This code will be your order number (e.g., PV1111), valid site-wide with no expiration date.


Important Notes

  • Customized items and products purchased on discount/sale are non-refundable. Instead, refunds will be issued as store credit, after deducting courier charges.

  • Free exchanges are not applicable on customized or discounted items.

  • Products bought using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
