Shipping Policy

We offer delivery throughout India using trusted Express Shipping services. Please note that courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we kindly request you to provide a complete street address with pin code for successful delivery.

Our logistics partner is Shiprocket, and we usually ship orders through shiprocket for safe and reliable delivery.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Orders: Delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Customized Stitching Orders: May take an additional 2–3 business days.

  • Deliveries are made during normal working hours of our courier partners (timings may vary depending on your location).

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We always strive to deliver within the communicated time frame. However, delays may occur due to unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If delivery exceeds 10 business days, you may cancel your order.

  • For customized clothing, the delivery time may extend beyond 10 days, and you will be informed before placing your order.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a WhatsApp and email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

Transit Risk

All in-transit risks are borne by Prem Vastra. However, once the package is delivered to your provided address (including if left at doorstep/security), Prem Vastra will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage thereafter.

Shipment & Tracking Details

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive WhatsApp and email notifications with your tracking number and courier partner details.

  • Tracking numbers usually become active within 5 business hours on the courier partner’s website.

  • If you do not receive your order within 5 working days after receiving tracking details, please contact us here.

Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.

  • Average delivery is 3–5 business days under normal conditions.

  • In case of delays, we will notify you promptly via email.

Billing Address vs. Shipping Address

  • Billing Address: The address where the invoice/bill for your order is sent.

  • Shipping Address: The address where you want your order to be delivered.
